- Define project governance and decision responsibilities
- Structure work across initiating, planning, executing and closing phases
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, issues, change and quality coherently
- Prepare operational handover and capture lessons learned
Audience
Project managers, workstream leads, engineers, sponsors and operational stakeholders involved in technical projects.

- No formal project management certification required
- A current or planned project is useful for the exercises
